THE BARRIERS WORKS WITH A CAMERA TO READ THE REGISTRATION NUMBER OF YOUR VEHICLE, FOR THIS REASON IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO FORGET TO KET US KNOW THE NUMBER IN RECEPTION DURING THE CHECK IN.
PLEASE WHEN YOU APPROACH THE BARRIER, DO IT SLOWLY AND WITH THE PLAQUE OF YOUR VEHICLE FACING THE CAMARA READER.
THIS WILL HELP ALL THE COMMUNITY IN NOT WAISTING TIME AND SECURITY.
Please, be advised that for the check in we will need all the Passports or Identity Cards of all the oldest of 16 years old.
RULES
It is forbidden to keep meetings when these disturb other guests.If you do not respect these rules you will be immediately thrown out of the campsite, using security forces if necessary.
A penalty on the deposit of your reservation will be made if this rules are not respected.
1º Your hygiene is your health. Show some consideration to other campers. Keep your plot and surroundings knit and tidy and place all litter in the dust bins provided.
2º The speed limit is 5km/h for vehicles within the campsite. Vehicle access is restricted between 00.00 and 7.00 a.m. During these hours SILENCE must be respected.
3º Dogs must be kept leaded at all times.
4ºIt is completely forbidden to feed cats.
5º No fires allowed anywhere except gas /electric barbecue.
6º No washing of cars allowed.
7º Radios, TV´s etc. Must be kept inside caravans/tents at a respectable low volume level.
8º Parents are head responsible for any damage caused by their children in the camp site area as well of the disturbance to other clients.
9º The Management is not responsible for theft/damage to your belongings. There is a safe in reception at your disposal.
10º Stays over 6 months are not allowed.
11º Visitors can stay free of charge for the first hour only. They have to check out before midnight and must leave a Passport or Identity Card in the Reception for security reasons.
12º Respect the swimming pool rules: children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a competent adult.
13ºcheck out before midday (12.00h). If you wish to leave later a supplement must be paid (until 19.00h). Bungalows are not available to be occupaid before 16.00hrs. on the arrival date.
LONG TERM STAY, MORE THAN THREE DAYS, PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE IN ADVANCE. IF YOU ARE STAYING A MONTH OR MORE THE PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE WEEKLY OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE!
